This is cooking guided by your child's curiosity. 

I created this space because I believe cooking with kids is the perfect opportunity to use what they have in abundance already - curiosity. Children are wired to explore, touch, taste, mix, experiment. And they're wired to eat!

Food is not only nutrition, but the foundation of family traditions, culture, and memories that last through generations. As a result, cooking together gives children a chance to participate in that sacred space. I offer my videos and recipes simply as a tool to add to the wonder and magic that already exists in your kitchen and home.
